COOKEVILLE, Tenn. - Preparing for their trip to the ITA
Regional, the Tennessee Tech men's tennis team took on Lipscomb in
a scrimmage. With every players taking the court, the Golden Eagles
saw much promise.
"We looked strong out there," said head coach Dan Silverstein. "We
know we still have some things to work on, but the guys showed they
are ready to play in the regional."
Tech won two of the three doubles matches then followed that up
taking 11 of the 12 singles matches that the two squads played.
Next action for the Golden Eagles will be the Wilson/ITA Regional
that will be held at the University of Kentucky, Oct. 16-19.
