By Mike Lehman, TTU Sports Information

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Tech men's golf team announced the addition of one player for the 2019-20 athletic seasons. The Golden Eagles add one signee to a squad with just one senior member.

Here's a look at this year's signee:

SEAN ANDERSON
Hometown: Jonesborough, Tenn.
High School: Science Hill High School

Anderson was a four-year letterwinner in golf at Science Hill High School, helping lead the 'Toppers to four straight Region I championships, a 2016 state runner-up finish and the 2018 TSSAA Large Division State title. He shot an even-par 72 to finish third individually in the rain-shortened state tournament, helping Science Hill claim its fourth ever state title.

COACH BROWN'S TAKE
"We're excited to have Sean come in next year. He's a very bright young man and extremely hard-working. He had a pretty successful high school career. His team had a lot of success, which will help him as he comes into our program next fall. We know that he will be doing everything he can to prepare for next August and we look forward to having him."
