COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Tech men's golf team is set to host the fifth annual Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate in Sevierville, Tenn. from Sunday, Mar. 19 to Tuesday, Mar. 21 at Sevierville Golf Club.

BOBBY NICHOLS INTERCOLLEGIATE: 54 holes (18 Sunday, 18 Monday, 18 Tuesday), located at par-72, 6,913-yard Sevierville Golf Club in Sevierville, Tenn. Teams will kick off with a 9:00 a.m. CT shotgun start each day.

GOLDEN EAGLE LINEUP: Competing for the Golden Eagles are junior Alexander Riddle, junior A.J. Wilkerson, sophomore Matthew Giles, freshman Dabney Dickenson and freshman Cameron Yeary, and, as individuals, freshman Charles Seals and redshirt freshman Landon Albert.

THE COMPETITION: The nine-team field consists of host Tennessee Tech, as well as Austin Peay, Belmont, Carson-Newman, Detroit, Evansville, Lincoln Memorial, Tennessee State and Wright State.

THOUGHTS FROM COACH BROWN: "Since we started the event in 2013, the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate has always been a tournament the guys look forward to on the spring slate. After a solid finish in Jackson, they are looking to continue that momentum at the River Course in Sevierville. They are ready to tee it up come Sunday morning."

WHAT TO WATCH FOR: The Golden Eagles enter the fifth annual Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate with momentum, having placed third at UT Martin's Grover Page Classic last week, the team's fourth consecutive top-four finish at the event. Tech took fifth in last year's edition of the BNI, with now departed senior Neil Gannaway leading the way by tying for ninth place overall.
