Stallings still in the hunt at Memorial after second round

DUBLIN, Ohio. -- After getting off to a shaky start at the Memorial Tournament Friday, former Tech golfer Scott Stallings recovered to shoot a +1 round of 73, surrendering the lead to Rory Sabbatini. He remains tied for second with Tiger Woods and Spencer Levin after two rounds of play.

Stallings hit is drive on the opening hole out of bounds, but managed to sink a difficult put to save bogey. He went on to make back-to-back birdies on the next two holes before bogeying the 13th and 14th at the Muirfield Village Golf Club.

At the time of publication, tee times and pairings had yet to be released.
