The Golden Eagles officially start camp on Thursday, Aug. 2, and runs through Friday, Aug. 24 – the week heading up to Tech's season opener at Chattanooga on Thursday, Aug. 30.

"We have had a very productive six months in the weight room," Alexander said, "on the field during spring practice, on the recruiting trail, and we culminated with an excellent summer of conditioning, meetings and team building. Now it is time to apply all of those as we begin preseason preparations on August 2nd. It is an awesome time to be a Golden Eagle."
