A seasoned veteran in Tech's secondary, Bill played one full season at cornerback and the past two years worked as a safety...moved back for spring drills to , and is expected to fill a starting role in 2015 in his return from an injury which put an early end to his junior season...ranked among team and league leaders in tackles when he played cornerback in 2012 as a freshman...could continue at safety, but fills the need for a big, long-armed and physical corner...outstanding in run support...has played in 26 career games with 17 starts...broke onto the scene as a true freshman in 2012 when he was promoted to the starting assignment and started 10 games...has the tools needed to be an outstanding defender...great vision on the field and excellent ability to make plays...has four double-digit tackle games.

AT TECH (IN 2014): Bill saw action at the beginning of the season before a knee injury put him into the ranks  of redshirts....made two tackles in each of the first three games of the season, finishing the year with six total stops...recovered a fumble against Kentucky Christian and broke up pass attempts against both Kentucky Christian and Tennessee State.

(IN 2013): Started in six games and saw extensive action in all 12 contests at rover...ranked fifth on the team in total tackles with 63 stops...also recorded two interceptions, two pass break ups and recovered two fumbles...snared interceptions against Indiana State and Tennessee State...had season-high 10 tackles against Jacksonville State, giving him four games in double digit tackles...made eight tackles in Tech's road win against Hampton. 

(IN 2012): Started in 10 games and played in 11 contests as a true freshman cornerback...ranked fifth on the team and 13th in the OVC with 73 total tackles, including 26 unassisted stops...averaged better than seven tackles per game...had one interception and broke up five pass attempts...achieved double-digit tackles in three games, including a season-high 16 tackles at home against Eastern Kentucky...made 12 tackles against both Jacksonville State and UT Martin.

HIGH SCHOOL: Dillard earned letters in football and basketball at Vestavia Hills High School in Birmingham, Ala.... averaged 12.4 points and 3.2 rebounds per game... his 2009 team won the State Championship... won the Regional Championship in 2011.
