Radir is a breakaway threat who is an elusive runner and can break tackles...the projected starter at B-back position heading into his senior season...has developed into a top-notch ball carrier...has great vision, sees the field well and makes excellent reads in action...a deceptively quick runner...pays attention to details...looking for an outstanding final season...enjoyed a very strong spring...has truly grown in all aspects of his game and fits perfectly into his role...not only a dual threat from the backfield, he also exhibited in the final two games of 2014 that he can be a dangerous return man...battled back from a serious injury in his senior year of high school to return full strength and speed...he has played in 26 games and has 389 career rushing yards entering the season.

AT TECH (IN 2014): Played in 11 games with two starts at mid-season..finished third on the team in rushing with 220 yards on 42 carries with two touchdowns...had the longest run of the season for the Golden Eagles, exploding through the line and racing 84 yards for a touchdown against No. 4 UNI...caught one pass for five yards, and had four kick returns for 119 yards, and average of team-best 29.8 yards per return...wound up fifth on the team in all-purpose yards with 334...high game on the ground included eight carries for 98 yards at Northern Iowa...had 14 carries for 59 yards in Tech's win over Murray State...emerged as a top-notch kickoff return man in season's final two games...had two for 66 yards against Chattanooga and two for 53 yards at Austin Peay.

(IN 2013): As a sophomore Radir saw action in nine games and finished fifth on the team in rushing with 112 yards on 30 carries...had eight carries for career-high 51 yards in the season opener against Cumberland...also caught one pass for four yards at Murray State.

(IN 2012): A potential redshirt, Radir was pressed into action in the fourth game of the year and quickly showed he's a back of the future...had seven carries for 24 yards in his collegiate debut at Southeast Missouri...season-high 10 carries in the game at Murray State for 35 yards...finished the season with 19 carries for 57 yards, playing in just five games...had one kickoff return, coming in the final game of the year at Austin Peay, which he brought back 19 yards.

HIGH SCHOOL:  An outstanding two-sport competitor at Brentwood Academy, Radir had just completed an award-winning junior season on the football field and on the track when a summer injury forced him to the sidelines for his senior football season for the Eagles...as a junior for coach Ralph Potter, Radir was a scoring machine from his runningback position, scoring 21 touchdowns for a team-leading 126 total points...rushed for 1,044 yards on 154 carries and added five catches for 54 yards...following his football season, he used his speed to help the Brentwood Academy track & field team capture the TSSAA state championship...named all-state in both track and football, and has numerous All-America laurels in track from AAU and USATF.
