COOKEILLE, Tenn. -- As the saying goes, there's still plenty of
football to be played....and still four games at home in Tucker
Stadium for the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles. Four of the team's
final six are at home.
So, do the math. For any Tennessee Tech football fans, a season
ticket for the remainder of the schedule is STILL a bargain,
offering savings over individual game tickets.
"With individual game tickets at $10 each and a season ticket
priced a only $36, any fans planning to attend all four games and
support the Golden Eagles would save $4 by purchasing a season
ticket," explained Leveda Birdwell, director of corporate sales and
marketing.
Birdwell added that fans and business owners can also purchase the
"Back the Golden Eagles" ticket, which includes 10 tickets to each
game for a total of $200. That would mean 40 tickets, and prove to
be a savings of $200 over purchasing that many individual game
tickets.
The Golden Eagles return home to Tucker Stadium this Saturday to
host Jacksonville State at 7 p.m. After that, coach Watson Brown's
team will host Eastern Kentucky on Saturay, Oct. 20, Eastern
Ilinois for Homecoming on Saturday, Nov. 3, and UT Martin on
Saturday, Nov. 10.
