Tim was the starter in 10 games in 2009, missing the Eastern Illinois contest...had receptions in all 10 games including multiple catches in eight contests...season-high six catches for 159 yards at UT Martin for his second career 100-yard game...topped the century mark for the second time in the season and third time in his career with 122 yards on five catches against Tennessee State...also posted five catches each against Eastern Kentucky and Georgia..ranked eighth in the OVC in receptions per game and fourth in receiving yards per game (58.0).

Tim ranked first in the OVC in receptions, setting a school record with 68 catches...ranked among league leaders in receiving touchdowns (second), receptions per game (second), receiving yards (fifth) and receiving yards per game (seventh)...had 68 catches for 782 yards and nine touchdowns...his 10 TD catches tied the school single-season record...his 68 receptions broke the previous mark (55 by Walter Hill) by 13 catches...season-high 10 catches against Austin Peay was one shy of a school record...also led Tech in scoring with 60 points on his 10 touchdowns...flirted with 100-yard mark receiving twice, getting 99 yards in five catches in first collegiate game against Gardner-Webb, and matching it with 99 yards on four receptions vs. Central Methodist...finally snapped the 100-yard mark with 10 catches for 123 yards and two touchdowns at Austin Peay...finished with 782 yards through the air, ranking as the seventh-best season in school history...also caught two TD passes in game against Eastern Kentucky, finishing with eight receptions for 57 yards.

HIGH SCHOOL: A much-honored athlete at Red Bank High School, Tim posted some impressive numbers as a four-year letterman and three-year starter...as a senior, he set three school records with 62 catches for 1,143 yards and 17 touchdowns, finishing his career with 156 receptions for 2,396 yards and 34 touchdowns...also had 14 carries for 128 yards and two touchdowns in 2007...playing defensive back, he made 38 tackles as a senior with seven interceptions and five touchdowns...honors include second-team all-state as a junior and first-team all-state as a senior...team captain...three-time all-region pick...named the Region Offensive Player of the Year in 2007...twice named to the "Best of Preps" team...selected as that team's Offensive Player of the Year and earned a spot on The Tennessean "Dream Team" as a senior.
