Tennessee Tech Baseball Midweek Preview (3/5)
COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – The No. 25 ranked Tennessee Tech baseball team will look to extend it's nation-leading winning streak to 17 games Wednesday evening, playing host to in-state rival Middle Tennessee in a 6 p.m. CT contest at Bush Stadium at the Averitt Express Baseball Complex.

The Golden Eagle offense has continued its record-setting pace in 2018, leading the nation in batting average (.353), doubles per game (2.83), hits (394), home runs (67), home runs per game (2.23), on base percentage (.448), runs (332), scoring (11.1), slugging percentage (.625) and win/loss percentage (.833). The Golden Eagles also rank third in doubles (85) and 11th in base on balls (181).
