COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Tech baseball team is off to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2009, and Tech Athletics wants all fans to be a part of the festivities.

The Golden Eagles will now wait to see where and when they will play in the NCAA Tournament, finding out its fate in Monday morning's selection show. Tennessee Tech Athletics invites all fans to join the team in the Eagles' Nest on the fourth floor of the Hooper Eblen Center for a special viewing party. Doors will open at 10:45 a.m. CT, with the show beginning at 11 a.m.

The Golden Eagles just capped off a remarkable run in the OVC Tournament that saw Tech take home the championship with a decisive 16-4 win over in-state rival and No. 3 seed Belmont on Saturday in Oxford, Ala. The Golden Eagles rolled off a perfect 3-0 record in the tourney, becoming the first Tech team to win both the regular season and tournament titles in the same year since 1997.

The NCAA Regionals are set to run from June 2-5 on 16 different campus sites. Stay posted to TTUsports.com as well as the Tech Athletics Facebook and Twitter for continuous updates on all things Golden Eagle baseball.
