Tennessee Tech Baseball Midweek Preview (4/3)
COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Tech baseball team will stay in the comfort of Bush Stadium at the Averitt Express Baseball Complex Tuesday evening, playing host to in-state rival Lipscomb in a 6 p.m. CT tilt.
The Golden Eagles lost a high-scoring affair to the Bisons earlier this season, falling in Nashville by a final score of 11-9. Tech rallied with two runs in ninth, but Lipscomb held on to grab the win.
The two rivals have split their home-and-home series each of the past two seasons, with the home team taking the victory in each contest. Tech will look to continue that trend Tuesday.
