COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee Tech fans and alumni attending the
games at the Ohio Valley Conference Baseball Tournament in Jackson,
Tenn., later this week are invited to a hospitality tent, hosted by
Tech Athletics, at The Ballpark in Jackson.
The Tennessee Tech Golden Eagle baseball team will be in Jackson
attempting to capture another OVC Tournament title and send coach
Matt Bragga's team back to the NCAA Regionals. The 2013 OVC
regular season champion, the Golden Eagles head to Jackson as the
tournament's No. 1 seed.
As the No. 1 seed, the Golden Eagles have a bye on the first day
of action Wednesday. Tech's first game is Thursday at 7 p.m.
against an opponent to be determined.
Tech Athletics will host a hospitality tent before each Golden
Eagle game in the tourney, opening one-and-a-half hours before each
contest. The tent is open to all Tech fans including alumni,
parents of the team and friends. A purple tent and TTU trailer will
be located at the edge of the parking lot at the Ballpark.
Meanwhile, fans who are not able to get to the games can watch
LIVE STATS to keep up with the action, or watch a live webstream of
the action provided by the OVC Digital Network.
