In 2010 (Junior): Beech batted as high as .315 mid-season before settling to a final average of .270. He logged 43 hits - five of which were for extra bases - in 159 at-bats, batting in 24 runs and rounding the bases 40 times himself. Beech was a perfect 2.2 in stolen baes, and also took 25 walks, notching a .393 on-base percentage. A member of the 2010 OVC all-tournament team, Beech went 4-for-4 with two RBI in a crucial win over Murray State on day two of the tournament, and contributed another two RBI with a 2-for-4 performance in the team's final game against Jacksonville State. Those two games alone raised his batting average 25 points from a .245 to his final .270.

AT MOTLOW STATE CC: Hit .438 (70-for-160) in 2009 which was tops among all Tennessee Junior College players... hit .403 (124-for-307) in his two-year career…hit 17 doubles and six home runs in 2009, and 27 doubles and eight home runs in his career, with a career total of 74 RBIs (33/41)…2009 first team all-conference.

AT BLACKMAN HS: Earned BHS all-sports MVP, 2007 7AAA All-District, 2006 7AAA All-District, 3rd team all-region…played second base for coach Chris Trendway.
