COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee Tech fans attending the games at
the OVC Baseball Tournament in Paducah this week are invited to a
hospitality tent, hosted by Tech Athletics.
Fans who are not able to get to the games can listen to all the
action live via Free Teamline.
The Tennessee Tech Golden Eagle baseball team is in Paducah to bid
for the 2009 Ohio Valley Conference tournament championship and a
return trip to the NCAA Tournament. The Golden Eagles are the No. 5
seed, and will face No. 4 Southeast Missouri Wednesday at 2:30 p.m.
in Brooks Stadium.
Tech Athletics will host a hospitality tent before each Golden
Eagle game, opening an hour before each contest. The tent, open to
all Tech fans including alumni and parents of the team, will
feature light snacks and beverages. A purple tent and TTU trailer
will be located at the edge of the Brooks Stadium parking lot.
Meanwhile, all of Tech's games in the tournament can be heard live
via FREE Teamline, with Rob Schabert and Nick Heidelberger calling
the action. Fans can listen either on the telephone or via the
internet. To listen on the telephone, simply dial 1-800-846-4700
and enter Tech's teamcode (0654) when prompted.
