Fans, friends invited to Hospitality Tent during Tech games at OVC Tournament

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee Tech fans attending the games at the OVC Baseball Tournament in Paducah this week are invited to a hospitality tent, hosted by Tech Athletics.

Fans who are not able to get to the games can listen to all the action live via Free Teamline.

The Tennessee Tech Golden Eagle baseball team is in Paducah to bid for the 2009 Ohio Valley Conference tournament championship and a return trip to the NCAA Tournament. The Golden Eagles are the No. 5 seed, and will face No. 4 Southeast Missouri Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in Brooks Stadium.

Tech Athletics will host a hospitality tent before each Golden Eagle game, opening an hour before each contest. The tent, open to all Tech fans including alumni and parents of the team, will feature light snacks and beverages. A purple tent and TTU trailer will be located at the edge of the Brooks Stadium parking lot.

Meanwhile, all of Tech's games in the tournament can be heard live via FREE Teamline, with Rob Schabert and Nick Heidelberger calling the action. Fans can listen either on the telephone or via the internet. To listen on the telephone, simply dial 1-800-846-4700 and enter Tech's teamcode (0654) when prompted.
