COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee Tech student-athletes take pride in
their community, and Saturday was a good example. Members of
several Golden Eagle teams were on hand at the 17th annual
Cookeville Fall FunFest, handing out schedules and stickers, and
playing games with kids -- and a few adults, too.
The Golden Eagles are proud to represent TTU both on and off the field. Student-athletes from both basketball teams, baseball, and men's and women's golf teams spent part of their Saturday meeting members of the Cookeville community.
Kids were able to try their hand at golf on the putting green, throw some pinpoint passes and try their hand at beanbag toss. They could also get stickers, temporary tattoos, and autographs from the Golden Eagles.
