Kidd Brewer Stadium

From the northeast via Interstate 81 and Interstate 77:
Take I-81 south to I-77, west of Radford, Va. Proceed south on I-77 into North Carolina. Exit onto Highway 421 North and travel approximately 60< miles to Boone. In Boone, turn left at light onto Hardin St. and then right onto Rivers St. at the next light. At the second light, turn left onto Stadium Dr. and then right into the Kidd Brewer Stadium parking areas.

From the south via Interstate 77:
Proceed north on I-77 through Charlotte and Statesville. Continue on I-77 North until you reach the I-77/HWY 421 interchange. Exit onto Highway 421 North and travel approximately 60 miles to Boone. In Boone, turn left at light onto Hardin St. and then right onto Rivers St. at the next light. At the second light, turn left onto Stadium Dr. and then right into the Kidd Brewer Stadium parking areas.

From the west via Interstate 40 (Asheville and/or Hickory):
In Asheville, take I-40 East to Highway 221 in Marion. Exit onto Highway 221 North and follow to Linville. In Linville, take Highway 105 North to Boone. In Boone, at the intersection of highways 105 & 321, turn left onto Highway< 321 North. Follow to campus. -OR- When traveling on I-40 in the Hickory area, exit onto Highway 321 North and travel approximately 50 miles to Boone. Follow Highway 321 North to campus.

From the east via Interstate 40 and Interstate 85:
Proceed to Winston-Salem on I-40. Exit onto Highway 421 North in Winston-Salem and travel approximately 86 miles to Boone. In Boone, turn left at light onto Hardin St. and then right onto Rivers St. at the next light. At the second light, turn left onto Stadium Dr. and then right into the Kidd Brewer Stadium parking areas.

From Greensboro, N.C.:
Take the I-40 west towards Winston-Salem. Take the I-40 East/US-421 exit, Exit number 188, towards Winston-Salem / Yadkinville / Wilkesboro. Keep left at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto US-421 North. Stay on US-421 North until Boone, North Carolina. Turn left onto US-321 and HCC is on the right at Rivers St. intersection.

From Johnson City, Tenn.:
Take the I-181 South/US-23 South/US-19W South ramp. Merge onto I-181 South/US-23 South/US-19W South. Take the US-321/TN-67 exit, exit number 31, towards Elizabethton. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto US-321 North/TN-67 East. Turn Slight Right onto US-321 North/US-19E South/TN-37 South Turn Left onto US-321/TN-67. Turn Right onto US-321/TN-159. US-321/TN-159 becomes US-321. Stay straight to go onto US-421/NC-194. Stay on US-421/NC-194 until Boone, North Carolina. Turn right onto US-321 and HCC is on right at Rivers St. intersection.

From the South via I-77:
Take I-77 North/US-21 North towards Statesville. At Statesville, take the I-40 West exit, exit number 51B, towards Hickory. Take exit number 123, towards Hickory (US-70)/Lenoir(US-321). Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto NC-2913 North. Turn slight left onto US-321 North. Turn right onto US-321 BYP. US-321 BYP becomes US-221/US-321. Stay straight to go onto US-321. Stay on US-321 until Boone, North Carolina. Holmes Center is on left at Rivers St. intersection.

I-40 Traveling West from Winston-Salem
Drive west on I-40 and take Exit 188 onto Highway 421N which is just past the Hanes Mall exit. Travel about one hour and a half on Highway 421N into downtown Boone, NC. Stay on 421N which becomes King Street and turn left at Depot Street and go through 1 traffic light, where the street name changes to Bodenheimer Drive. Proceed up the hill past the Broyhill Inn.

I-77 Traveling South from Va.
Drive south on I-77 and take Exit #73 onto Highway 421N. Travel about one hour into downtown Boone, NC. Turn left at Depot Street and go through 1 traffic light, where the street name changes to Bodenheimer Drive. Proceed up the hill past the Broyhill Inn.

I-40 Traveling East from Tenn.
Drive east on I-40, around Asheville and Black Mountain. At Marion, take Exit #85 onto Highway 221N and drive to Linville (about 50 miles). Turn onto Highway 105N at Linville and proceed into Boone, NC. At Wendy's Restaurant, turn left onto Blowing Rock Road. At 2nd traffic light (just past Convocation Center), turn left onto Rivers Street. At 5th traffic light, turn left onto Bodenheimer Drive and proceed up the hill past the Broyhill Inn.

I-85 Traveling South from Va.
Travel south from Virginia line to Hillsborough, where I-85 and I-40 merge. Continue on I-85/I-40 and stay in right lanes when approaching Greensboro, where I-40 splits off. Continue on I-40 around Winston-Salem and take Exit #188 onto Highway 421N and continue to downtown Boone (about an hour). Turn left at Depot Street and go through 1 traffic light, where the street name changes to Bodenheimer Drive. Proceed up the hill past the Broyhill Inn.

I-77 Traveling North from SC
Drive north on I-77 past Charlotte and Statesville. Take Exit 73 onto 421N and travel about one hour into downtown Boone. Turn left at Depot Street and go through 1 traffic light, where the name changes to Bodenheimer Drive. Proceed up the hill past the Broyhill Inn.

I-85 Traveling North from SC
Drive north to Gastonia and take Exit #17 onto Highway 321N through Hickory into Boone. At the 8th traffic light (just past Convocation Center), turn left onto Rivers Street. At 5th traffic light, turn left onto Bodenheimer Drive and proceed up the hill past the Broyhill Inn.

I-26 Traveling West from SC
Take Exit #36 onto Highway 74E. Drive 15 miles and turn onto Highway 221N to Linville. At Linville turn onto Highway 105N and proceed into Boone. Turn left at Wendy's Restaurant onto Blowing Rock Road. At 2nd traffic light (just past Hardee's), turn left onto Rivers Street. At 5th traffic light, turn left again onto Bodenheimer Drive and drive up the hill past the Broyhill Inn.

Don Kennedy Trails

Southbound on 321: Make a left onto Shadowline Drive. Go straight through traffic light as Shadowline becomes Dale Street. Follow signs to UREC fields through the gate. There is parking at the bottom of the hill and the trails are located on the right.

Northbound on 321: Make a right onto Shadowline Drive. Go straight through traffic light as Shadowline becomes Dale Street. Follow signs to UREC fields through the gate. There is parking at the bottom of the hill and the trails are located on the right.

Turn right into parking lot of State Farm Fields Complex. Follow parking lot to the end and take paved road at the end of the parking lot and up the hill to the field.

From the west via Interstate 40 (Asheville and/or Hickory):
In Asheville, take I-40 East to Highway 221 in Marion. Exit onto Highway 221 North and follow to Linville. In Linville, take Highway 105 North to Boone. In Boone, continue through the light at the intersection of of highways 105 & 321. Turn right at the next light onto State Farm Road. Follow State Farm Road until the first light and turn left onto Dale Street. Turn right into parking lot of State Farm Fields Complex. Follow parking lot to the end and take paved road at the end of the parking lot and up the hill to the field.
