She assisted with caring for the Shockers’ baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, track and field/cross country, softball, and volleyball student-athletes, and served on the board for the university’s Athletic Training Student Association.

During her senior year at Wichita State, Zubke also completed a nine-month internship at local Division II Newman University, where she helped support coverage of the men’s and women’s soccer, basketball, cross country, wrestling, baseball and softball programs.

Zubke is currently affiliated with several professional athletic training organizations, including the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, the Southwest Athletic Trainers’ Association, and the Texas Athletic Trainers’ Association.
