Ariana Branstiter is in her first year as a marketing and promotions coordinator for Tennessee Tech after joining the staff in July 2023.

Branstiter came to Cookeville following a year and a half run as an athletics graduate assistant at Viterbo University, an NAIA school in La Cross, Wis. While with the V-Hawks, Branstiter assisted in a wide variety of marketing, event management, and communication endeavors, including taking an active role in the coordination of hosting the NAIA National Volleyball Tournament Opening Round.

During her tenure with Viterbo, Branstiter also played a pivotal role with the La Crosse Loggers baseball team, serving as a community relations intern for the Northwoods League-based ballclub. Branstiter’s duties included promoting and managing fundraiser opportunities to local businesses and non-profit organizations, engaging with area little league teams for special events, and assisting with game day ticket sales, among a multitude of other endeavors.

Branstiter, who earned her MBA at Viterbo in 2023, gained valuable experience as a marketing and graphic design intern at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Fla. The former FGCU softball student-athlete helped promote Eagle athletic programs, events, and local community tourism, as well as collaborated with athletic staff to develop marketing plans, strategies, and fan participation initiatives.

A native of Lakeland, Fla., Branstiter received a bachelor's degree in marketing from Florida Gulf Coast in 2020.
