The go-to guy for the team’s equipment needs, Jesse Boucher worked his way up from a team manager himself as a Tennessee Tech student and now oversees the Tech Football equipment crew and manager staff.

 

Boucher worked as a student equipment manager from 2019 to 2022 under the direction of Robert Burchfield, helping set up practice and game setups, organizing equipment for players and staff, and helping with drills assigned by the offensive coordinator.

 

Boucher was an equipment intern with the National Football League’s Tennessee Titans, then served the same role with the Baltimore Ravens in 2022.

 

Boucher earned his degree from Tech in May 2022, collecting his bachelor’s in exercise science and physical wellness with a concentration in sports administration.
