Ratti promoted to senior coordinator for video production

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Tech Assistant Athletic Director for External Operations Matt Dexter announced the promotion of Jordan Ratti to senior coordinator for video production.

"I'm am grateful and honored to [Director of Athletics] Mark Wilson and Matt Dexter for this opportunity," Ratti said. "I truly enjoy my work and having the opportunity to create different ways to highlight the skills and achievements of our student-athletes."

Ratti is in her sixth year overall as a member of the Tech athletics department. She previously served as a video production coordinator for five years after joining the staff on Feb. 1, 2016.

"Jordan is an invaluable piece of our team at Tennessee Tech," Dexter expressed. "Her leadership and guidance as we have gone through so many new advancements in video production over the last five years has not gone unnoticed. She is more than deserving of this opportunity and I know she will knock it out of the park."

She oversees all video operations for the Golden Eagle Sports Network and Tech's productions for ESPN+. Her responsibilities include the filming and editing of all Golden Eagle Sports Network content, including highlight videos, introductions, interviews, press conferences, etc., as well as overseeing Tech's YouTube channel, TTUsports1.

Additionally, she oversees all production of content and the game-day operations for the video boards at Tucker Stadium and inside the Hooper Eblen Center. She supervises, trains, and directs a team of student workers that produce all of Tennessee Tech's livestream broadcasts for ESPN+.

Prior to her arrival in Cookeville, Ratti was a production assistant and producer for the live TV broadcasts of all home games for the Fort Wayne TinCaps, the Class A affiliate of MLB's San Diego Padres. She also assisted with highlight reels, recaps, interviews, pregame show content, and graphics and animations for video board content.

During the 2014 baseball season, she worked as a production assistant, technical director, and camera operator for the then Class A+ affiliate of the Texas Rangers, the Myrtle Beach Pelicans. She served in a variety of roles, including camera operation and most production operations for live broadcasts.

A 2015 graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a bachelor's degree in communication, Ratti worked as a production assistant for the Coastal Carolina athletic video department. She created content for ChantVision and BigSouthSports.com, producing in-house video board content and other content for live streams.

Ratti currently resides in Cookeville with her dogs, Khloe and Stella.
