COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Want to get an in-depth look at Tennessee Tech football and basketball? Fans are invited to come out to the Wings Up Luncheons every Monday through the fall and winter months. This is your chance to hear from head coaches and players about the inside scoop on each team.
The event is held every Monday at Golden Eagle Golf Club (1500 Country Club Road) with the doors opening at 11:30 a.m. and the program kicking off at noon. The cost per event is $10, which includes lunch.
Football will be the focus for the first three months as new head coach Dewayne Alexander starts the festivities on Aug. 27, previewing the Golden Eagles' season opener against in-state rival Chattanooga.
The schedule will continue, with the exceptions of Labor Day, Christmas and New Years, as men's and women's basketball will take up their presentations with head coaches Steve Payne and Kim Rosamond on Nov. 26. The final luncheon will take place on Mar. 4.
