COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – The Golden Eagle football team will host Ohio Valley Conference rival Southeast Missouri Saturday afternoon, October 22, 2016, on Homecoming. In preparation for Saturday's football game, Gate 1, Gate 5, Gate 7 at Tucker Stadium and a small portion of the commuter parking lot near the north end of the Tech Tennis Courts will be closed starting Wednesday night at 9 p.m.
These lots will remain closed through Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Starting Friday night, more areas around Tucker Stadium will shut down including Stadium Drive along West Stadium, portions of the Stadium Commuter lot and Peach Tree Ave, behind East Stadium.
Additional parking is located across Willow Ave. in purple parking lots and campus community members are encouraged to use the campus shuttle system or carpool to campus during these days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
The 98.5 KISS FM Tailgate Park opens at 10:30 a.m., the Golden Eagle Walk is at 11:15 a.m. and the game starts at 1:30 p.m. Please come out, have fun, be Tech Tuff, and cheer on your Golden Eagles! Wings Up!
Also, don't forget to stay on campus and make your way to the Eblen Center at 5:30 p.m. as the Golden Eagle volleyball team plays host to Eastern Illinois.
